My stay at the hotel was truly impressive. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. The rooms were even nicer than I expected, and the removal of useless balconies for room extension was a smart move. However, in hindsight, a different location might have been better for exploring the colonial zone.
When I stayed at the hotel, the location stood out as fantastic with a gorgeous green park around it and a lovely pool. The rooms, however, were not up to par as they were dirty and smelly, lacking privacy. The service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to meet our needs while the dining experience left something to be desired in terms of quality compared to other hotels in the city.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with exceptional perks like free breakfast and evening snacks in the Royal lounge on the 8th floor with stunning ocean views. However, there were some issues with service not meeting expectations.
The hotel is located in Santo Domingo, close to Malicon and Tres Ojos caves, making it a good spot to relax by the pool chairs all day. The room service was excellent with nothing to complain about, and the amenities provided were fantastic, offering a modern setup with everything one could want.
